Twins reinstate Polanco; option Heston

Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have reinstated shortstop Jorge Polanco from the Bereavement List.  Polanco missed the last seven games after the death of his grandfather last week.

To make room for Polanco on the 25-man roster, the Twins have optioned right-handed pitcher Chris Heston to Triple-A Rochester.  Heston, who was claimed off waivers from Los Angeles-NL on Wednesday, appeared in one game for the Twins.
