Twins part ways with Eddie Rosario

Eddie Rosario’s days with the Minnesota Twins are likely over. Today the Twins non-tendered him making Rosario a free agent. Rosario was eligible for arbitration and the Twins decided against going down that path. Rosario came up with the Twins in 2015 and is a career .277 hitter with 119 home runs. He hit .257 with 13 home runs in 2020.
The Twins have tendered contracts to all unsigned players including arbitration eligible left-handed pitcher Taylor Rogers. The Twins have agreed to terms on 2021 contracts with right-handed pitchers José Berríos ($6.1 million) and Tyler Duffey ($2.2 million), left-handed pitcher Caleb Thielbar ($650,000), catcher Mitch Garver ($1.875 million) and outfielder Byron Buxton ($5.125).
In addition, the Twins have non-tendered right-handed pitcher Matt Wisler making him a free agent as well

The Twins now have 35 players on their major league roster: 18 pitchers, four catchers, six infielders and seven outfielders.
