Opinion: NBA making a bad All-Star game worse

So now the NBA is going to choose sides for the All-Star game? Oh brother….this is not being pro-active, it’s a tried and true failure of an idea…The NFL tried it and went back to AFC v NFC…NHL tried some similar gimmicks and now do 3 on 3..If you can’t convince your players to actually try then just cancel the game. Maybe do a one on one tournament like in the 70’s. A pick-up game format is not the answer. They are merely delaying the inevitable…….cancellation.
