In its third venture into the world of hosting professional boxing since the 1960’s, an announced crowd of 3.713 fans packed the
Armory in downtown Minneapolis Saturday night. Eleven bouts are on tonight’s card including a World Title fight for the vacated WBC Super Middleweight belt between Anthony Dirrell and Avni Yildirim. The co-main event features Minneapolis native Jamal “Shango” James taking on once beaten Janer Gonzalez. The bouts are being televised live on Fox Sports One.
