Vikings Offense Struggles To Find End Zone
Randy Moss caught 8 passes for 69 yards and a touchdown, but the Vikings offense struggled in the red zone as the Vikes lost in Philadelphia Monday night (Sept 20) 27-16. Vikings quarterback Daunte Culpepper threw for 363 yards but was sacked four times and committed two costly turnovers, including losing a key fumble at the Philadelphia 1-yard line just before halftime. Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb scored on a 20-yard touchdown run and did not commit a turnover. The loss drops the Vikings to 1-and-1 on the season.
