Gophers beat Purdue in Big Ten Tournament
Minnesota sophomore Glen Perkins (Stillwater, Minn.) tied a career-high with 15 strikeouts, gave up a career-low two hits and did not allow a walk, as he pitched a complete-game to lead the Golden Gophers to a 6-1 victory over Purdue in the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday, May 27 at Siebert Field.
