Bench Press Championships
From the IPA west Metro Bench Bash Open at The Gym in Elk River on Saturday April 10. The winner, Andy Fiedler, pushed 3 times his weight at 805 pounds. He also had a sucessful try at 707 and 775. This is the most a man has pushed in Minnesota. His attempt breaks the old record of 775 lbs and automatically qualifies him for both Nationals and World bench press events.
