Gopher Mens Basketball

The Gopher men's basketball team picked up their first Big Ten win in almost a year on Wendsday (Feb 11) at Williams Arena as they came from behind to beat Michigan 81-78.

Minnesota trailed by 11 points at the half, but came back to win behind big games from Kris Humphries (20 points/10 rebounds) and Ben Johnson (20 points). Jeff Hagen also contrbuted 16 points and 10 rebounds. The Gopher win snapped a 19-game losing streak against teams from college basketball's 6 major conferences and upped Minnesota's conference record this season to 1-and-9.
